Elemental Witchery

Different witches draw power from the element that suits their personality, spellcasting style, and beliefs best. No element is better from the last, and the four elements together create a balance. They are

I personally practice earth witchcraft because it suits me best, but everyone has a different witchcraft style, and needs to find the element best for them.

Fire witches are daring and willing to try new things. They don't mind change and aren't the nostalgic type. A fire witch is also a bit of a romantic and can be found casting lust spells. Fire witchcraft is all about passion, for people and beyond. For an alter decoration, I would recommend a ton of candles.

Earth witches are full of a joyous respect for nature and the wilderness. Considering humans a part of nature just like any animal, they prefer to cast spells with plenty of magickal herbs. Earth witchcraft is about love for all things wild. For alter decoration, I would recommend herbs, leaves, and flower petals.

Water witches have a calm, tranquil, zen personality. Just like the flow of a stream, they can bend and shift to change and their surroundings. Water witchcraft is about inner balance. For an alter decoration, I would recommend a chalice full of rainwater.

Air witches love feeling free. They love traveling and culture and always have a strong desire to get out. Air witchcraft is all about freedom, whatever that means to you. For an alter decoration, I would recommend feathers.
